What You’ll Do:
- Create a welcoming, professional customer experience.
- Check in devices; explain repair options, pricing & timelines.
- Promote protection plans, accessories & additional services.
- Meet and exceed store sales goals.
- Provide updates and build customer trust through pickup.
- Manage POS transactions and organized front-of-house operations.
- Support overall store and team performance.
What You Bring:
- Sales, retail, or customer service experience.
- Confidence in connecting with customers and closing sales.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Goal-oriented mindset and incentive-driven.
- Basic smartphone/consumer tech knowledge (preferred).
- Organized, dependable, and comfortable in fast-paced retail.
- Flexible availability (evenings & weekends).
