About the Job
The Role:
The Investor Relations Coordinator supports the Head of Investor Relations in day-to-day operations and helps build out the structure and processes of a new Investor Relations department. You will be a trusted point of contact for investors, prospective investors and internal colleagues, so polish, judgment and a genuinely personable communication style matter as much as technical skill.

Responsibilities:
  • Communicate professionally with investors, prospective investors and internal team members by phone, email and video.
  • Support Spanish-speaking contacts and stakeholders as needed.
  • Work in the firm's CRM: log interactions, take clear notes and keep records accurate and up to date.
  • Manage calendars and coordinate scheduling for the Head of Investor Relations.
  • Help the Head of Investor Relations build and organize the department, including documenting processes and refining workflows.
  • Learn and follow existing playbooks and the internal knowledge base, and help improve them.
  • Collaborate with the executive assistant team and other operations and admin colleagues.
  • Exercise sound judgment on situations that don't have a clear-cut answer, and know when to escalate.

Qualifications:
Required:
  • Significant prior experience in an investor-facing, client-facing, sales support, marketing coordination or similar role (more senior candidates strongly preferred).
  • Exceptional spoken and written English: natural, warm, conversational and never scripted.
  • Fluent spoken and written Spanish (native or near-native).
  • Professional presence and tone when dealing with senior-level contacts.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to learn quickly.
  • Comfort with technology, with prior CRM experience and disciplined note-taking habits.
  • Demonstrated good judgment, resourcefulness and the ability to think outside the box in ambiguous situations.
  • Based in South America or Mexico, with a schedule that overlaps with U.S. Central Time business hours.
  • Willingness and ability to travel to Dallas occasionally.
  • Reliable internet and a professional home-office setup.

Preferred:
  • Background in private equity, finance, asset management, fundraising or professional services.
  • Experience supporting executives or senior leaders.
  • Experience with tools such as Notion and modern collaboration software.

Who You Are:
  • A positive, can-do team player who puts people first.
  • Someone who makes others feel they are talking with a real person.
  • Proactive and comfortable building structure where none exists yet.
  • Culture fit is extremely important to us. We value enthusiasm, humility and collaboration.

What We Offer:
  • A new, high-visibility role with room to grow as the department expands.
  • Direct collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Compensation commensurate with experience (competitive for the right candidate).
  • Fully remote work with periodic in-person events in Dallas.

Role Details:
  • Location: Remote, South America or Mexico (Central Time overlap required).
  • Department: Investor Relations, within Operations & Administration.
  • Reports to: Head of Investor Relations.
  • Employment type: Full-time.
  • Travel: Occasional travel to the U.S. (Dallas, TX) for the annual meeting and key events.
